I just finished listening to the time magazine for December 22nd. It was a double issue. Reading for me was Dolores Soto. Like all those who are the best of Texas, she lives in Eagle Pass, Texas.

Her name Evolyn Villarreal. She is super smart with special skills. She is also a distinguished graduate of Eagle Pass High School.
